Lani Paxton is the CEO of National Kidney Partners. She holds an MD, PhD from Emory University and has a strong background in the medical device and healthcare industries. Lani was the first employee at Restore Therapeutics / SaluMedica, where she played a key role in the company’s growth and the approval of a peripheral nerve regeneration device. She also co-founded Femasys, a publicly traded women’s healthcare company.
Lani has extensive experience consulting in material safety, clinical trials, and regulatory approvals. She has held leadership positions at Georgia Nephrology, overseeing a successful merger and expansion, and at Preferred Vascular Group, where she developed its women’s healthcare division. Lani joined NKP as COO and was recently promoted to CEO, where she now leads the consolidation and business functions of the organization.
